1) Session fee must be paid in full, one day prior to scheduled shoot date. If paying with check, checks must be received one week prior to shoot date. The inability to pay the session fee prior to shoot date may result in postponement of session until payment is received.
2) Re-shoots are determined at the discretion of the photographer. Re-shoots will not be given for poor
choices of clothing, make-up and hair, the poor behavior/attitudes of children or by not following the recommendations of the photographer.
3) Photographer reserves the right to reschedule due to illness, weather, equipment malfunction, or other circumstances beyond their control such as accidents, traffic delays, etc.
4) Photographer may use photographs of me with or without my name and for any lawful purpose, including for example such purposes as publicity, illustration, advertising, and blogging content.
5) Photos will be delivered to Client via google drive within the 2-4 week time span. Client is responsible for the proper download of digital files. Client will be given print release and copyright of all images remains with the Photographer. It is illegal as the Client to alter images or receive financial gain.
6) Photographer is not liable for coloring errors, print quality or cropping of any images. Please follow Photographers recommended guidelines on professional print labs and print sizes.
7) Photographer is not responsible for any injuries inflicted upon any participating parties. Client(s) will be responsible for their children and for themselves and release photographer from any claims against their person or their business.
